STALLS

** Due to Alexandra Palace’s Health & Safety Regulations, stallholders are no longer permitted to bring their own tables into the venue. If you require tables, please ensure you select the quantity needed when booking your pitch.

2m x 2m - single table OR single rail only – not room for both!

3m x 2m – two rails / two tables / one rail & two tables / two rails & one table / three rails no table / (not large enough for three 6ft tables)

4m x 2m – space for larger displays of clothing, homeware or furniture

4m x 3m - space for larger displays of clothing, homeware or furniture

Stalls come with chairs provided. Trestle tables must be selected at the time of booking.

There is no power available to our stalls.

We’re thrilled that the Alexandra Palace Antiques & Collectors Fair has now been taken over by new organisers APACF and can continue its long history of bringing antique fairs to this iconic venue. 

Pop Up Vintage Fairs London have been part of the fair at Ally Pally for the last ten years and we’re excited to continue the tradition with the new organisers, bringing back our vintage traders to one of the largest indoor events of its type in London.

Our Pop Up Vintage Section will still be in the same position within the Great Hall alongside over 300 antique stalls.  Our vintage stalls will include fashion, accessories, jewellery, homeware, furniture, collectables & curios.

There’s also an exciting new addition to the fair … the long-established VIP Records Fair who will be taking a section of the hall with approx 100 record dealers, attracting a new crowd of collectors to the event, making it even bigger and better than before! Almost half of records sold today are purchased by the under 35’s, which will again breathe new life into the fair and continue to bring a new generation of stallholders, visitors and buyers to Alexandra Palace.

Stallholders will be sent a trader’s pack approximately one week before the event, which includes a colour coded car pass (one per stall) to gain access to the free car park.

There is the option to set up the day before if you prefer - details will be sent to you nearer the time of the event.
